1/35 RAAC Centurion Mk5/1 Tank Kit (Aus Decals) – AF35100 is a plastic scale model. The Centurion was the primary British and Australian main battle tank of the post-Second World War period. First used in Korea, subsequently Vietnam it was a successful tank design, with upgrades, for many decades.
The Centurion had better armor protection and survivability than the M48, whose transmission fluid was prone to catch on fire when the vehicle was hit. The Centurion’s simplicity also proved an advantage in the heat of battle.
