OUTRIDERS

This set is supplied in 40 plastic components and also contains 3x Citadel 90mm Hex Holed Oval Bases. The miniatures are push-fit, so require no glue to assemble. A Primaris Space Marines Transfer Sheet is also included. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly.

Key Features:

  1. Incredible Speed:

    • Outriders are among the fastest units in the Primaris Space Marine army. Their thunderous movement across the battlefield, thanks to their high-speed bikes, makes them perfect for scouting, intercepting enemies, or securing objectives in the backfield or on the enemy’s side of the board.

  2. Devastating Close Combat:

    • Outriders are equipped with Astartes Chainswords and Twin Bolt Pistols. These weapons make them lethal in close combat, with the chainswords able to tear through infantry and lightly armored targets, while the pistols give them some ranged capability for harassing enemy units. They are particularly good at engaging enemy infantry or lightly armored vehicles.

  3. Toughness and Resilience:

    • As Primaris Marines, Outriders have access to enhanced durability. Their Toughness 5 and 2 wounds give them better staying power than standard Space Marine units. While they aren’t invulnerable, their higher toughness allows them to absorb more punishment than many other units.

  4. Mobility and Hit-and-Run Tactics:

    • Outriders can zip across the battlefield, striking at high-speed and retreating before the enemy can properly retaliate. This mobility lets them target vulnerable units, harass artillery or support squads, or engage key targets at the right moment.

  5. Advanced Weaponry:

    • In addition to their Astartes Chainswords and Bolt Pistols, Outriders also have the option to carry special Plasma Guns or Grav Guns. These weapons allow them to deal with tougher units, including vehicles and monsters. Their mobility combined with these weapons makes them versatile in handling various threats.

  6. Unit Composition:

    • A typical Outrider squad consists of 3-6 models, all riding Swiftwing Bikes and armed with the standard close combat loadout. They can be customized with special weapons or upgrades for additional flexibility in your army list.
